Depending on whether you have already claimed your card or not, simply answer one or a couple of questions and BOOM, like magic you have your card.

– Be sure the name you are using is exactly as you provided to us during registration for training. It’s simple but true….what you give you get.
– Double-check that email address. Again, we use the information you provide during registration. Might be a good idea to try something different (employer vs personal email).
– Still no luck and absolutely need a copy of your card? We can help. Simply email us at [email protected] with your first & last name and the date you attended training with us. We will send you a service fee invoice in the amount of $10 to provide a copy of your eCard. This copy will be provided within one (1) business day of payment.
