No reservation is confirmed until payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any class, at any time, if payment has not been received by the time specified in your Course Reservation email from West Volusia CPR, LLC.
You will be charged an administrative fee of $15 for the BLS Provider/BLS Skills Sessions/Heartsaver courses and $35 for the ACLS Provider/ACLS Renewal courses. You have 30 days from the original course date to reschedule your class. Reschedule requests greater than 30 days from the originally scheduled class will require full course price payment.
Requests for course cancellation/refund must be received in writing no less than 48 hours prior to scheduled course start. Cancellation/Refund requests are subject to a $15 processing fee.
All requests for course cancellation/refund within 48 hours of scheduled course start will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
Refunds are not an option when Required Course Materials ( as outlined in the confirmation emails) are not presented at check-in. In this case, rescheduling is required per the rescheduling policy above.
Out of respect for all students attending the course, any student(s) who arrive more than 10 minutes late to class will be considered to be a “No Show” and will not be permitted to attend class. “No Shows” forfeit the entire course fee.
